This peach jam is very fragrant with chunks of fruit, lime juice and zest and ... Prosecco!
It consists of a gelatinous part, which can be spread, and a more solid part represented by the peach slices that can be "bitten" and tasted almost naturally.
Ideal for a breakfast or a snack, mixed with yoghurt, or for dessert over ice cream.
Gelling agent: agar agar.
Peach content: 65 g per 100 g of finished product.
Peaches origin (untreated): Italy.
