These little figs were perfect, I cooked them by cutting them only in half, and adding slices of lime previously soaked in boiling water to remove the bitterness of the white skin.
I love figs which are definitely the sweetest fruits, which is why the combination with lime seemed right!
Even these figs have not undergone conservation processes and have only passed from the hands of my neighbor to mine, delivered by hand! 😀
