The most varied and most appreciated! 🎅🎄 with lots of seasonal fruit: Christmas jam!

After having matured to the right point
untreated local kiwis and persimmons, the time has come, again this year, to prepare this jam which is always much appreciated.
In addition to the untreated, km 0 persimmons and kiwis, we also find organic oranges and ginger.
And finally the cane sugar, not much because fruit is already quite sweet!
