This salt is excellent for seasoning meat, fish, potatoes or vegetables.
Prepared with "sweet" whole salt from Cervia (without bitter chlorides) and freshly picked and immediately dried aromatic herbs from my garden. With the addition of garlic for a tastier bouquet!
The herbs contained are: rosemary, thyme, basil, parsley and oregano.
