A sweet and sour chutney that stands out for its intense purplish-red color coming from some of its ingredients:
blueberriesreds(cranberries),
onionsred,
wine vinegarred.
Flavored with freshly picked rosemary from my garden, laurel also from Genestrerio and spices (pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg).
The onions are Swiss, the vinegar, blueberries and cinnamon are from organic farming.
The vinegar has been aged in wooden barrels.
